Merseyside auctioneer Sutton Kersh will offer 128 lots at its upcoming auction on 16 April. Top lots include a three-storey semi-detached residential property on Croxteth Road in Liverpool, which is being offered with a guide price of £400,000 on behalf of a housing association. The sale will take place at the Crowne Plaza hotel.

 Wimbledon cottage up for £1m

A three-bedroom cottage in Wimbledon, SW19, will be among 171 lots at the upcoming Savills auction. The freehold cottage, located next to Wimbledon Common, has scope for development and will be offered with a £1m guide price. The auction will take place on 31 March at the Millennium Hotel, Mayfair, W1.

 Bolton sale raises £1m

Bolton-based auctioneer Miller Metcalfe raised £1m at its most recent auction. Of 32 lots offered, 16 sold, reflecting a 50% success rate. One of the biggest lots was a three-bedroom house that sold for £160,000. The auction took place at Bolton Wanderers Football Club on 12 March.

 75% success rate for Westway

Westway Yorkshire Property Auctions achieved a 75% success rate at its 12 March auction. Of 28 lots offered,
21 sold, raising a total of £1.8m. The auction took place at the Cedar Court hotel in Bradford, Yorkshire.

 Art Deco prize up for grabs

An Art Deco-style 1930s home in Blackwood, Caerphilly, which was the most viewed property online in Wales last year, is to be
put up for auction via Paul Fosh after it failed to sell on Zoopla. The auctioneer is quoting a guide price of £170,000 for the three-bedroom house, which was originally offered for £300,000. It will be one of 77 lots offered at the sale on 2 April at the Park Inn in Cardiff.
