Midlands auction raises £1.2m
The Midlands Property Auction, part of the iam-sold Group, raised £1.2m at its 6 October sale at Nottingham Racecourse. The auction had a 69% success rate, with 11 out of 16 lots sold on the day.
Strettons courts pension pots

Dawsons’ latest sale raised £1.3m, with 14 out of 15 lots sold – a 94% success rate. Eight of the lots were sold prior to the 7 October auction, held at the Swansea Marriott Hotel.
