The Old Harbour Master’s House in Weymouth, Dorset, is being offered at Symonds & Sampson’s sale on 26 June at Digby Hall, Sherborne.
The three-bedroom home fronting the inner harbour requires modernisation and is guided at £275,000 to £300,000.
Harman Healy raises £1.6m
Harman Healy raised £1.6m at its 4 June sale at Kensington Town Hall, W8.
Of 36 lots on offer, 21 sold, producing a 59% success rate.
The top lot was an unmodernised leasehold maisonette with four rooms and an income of £12,720 pa in Streatham, SW16, which sold for £308,000.
Vacant pub powers Cottons sale
A vacant pub sold for nearly twice its guide price at a Cottons sale in Birmingham on 3 June.
The Adam & Eve in Digbeth, Birmingham, was offered at between £160,000 and £180,000 but went for £355,000.
A flat above the pub contains seven bedrooms and there are two separate flats with three bedrooms each.
The auction, which took place at Aston Villa Football Club, raised £4m in total.
Former nursing home offered
A former nursing home is being offered at the next Romans sale on 24 June at Green Park Conference Centre, Reading.
The 2,600 sq ft vacant detached building has 11 bedrooms and requires modernisation.
The guide price is £520,000.
