Audley Court is developing a retirement home development at Harrogate, Yorkshire, modelled on its flagship Willicombe Park scheme in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
The scheme will provide independent accommodation for older people, featuring restaurant, bar, library, health spa and pool among the facilities.
It has planning permission for another at Peebles and hopes to build another in the South West.
