European real estate fund manager Ærium has appointed Audrey Klein as a senior managing director and head of fundraising and business development.
Klein joins from Park Hill Real Estate, part of Blackstone Group, where she founded the group’s European business in 2006 and has since acted as managing principal, establishing more than 200 investor relationships across the continent for the firm.
Franck Ruimy, chief executive of Ærium, said: “Audrey brings a significant amount of resource and experience to our team as we look to accelerate growth and further establish ourselves as a leading pan-European real estate investment manager.
