Auspac has taken a speculative a warehouse at Network Bracknell in Berkshire, in a deal which underlines the strength of the Thames Valley market.
The 2,554 sq m (27,000 sq ft) unit was built by Canynge Bicknell and funded by Friends Provident. Auspac has taken a 15 year lease, with no breaks, at £80 per sq m (£7.50 per sq ft).
Savills’ associate partner Andy Stacey, who advised the landlord, said: “This is the best warehouse deal in the western corridor for some time and it shows that the speculative warehouse and industrial market is moving.”
