Catering distributor Autobar has bought the freehold of Matchbox’s warehouse at Swift Park, Rugby for about £4.75m.
Autobar will occupy the 10,683 sq m (115,000 sq ft) building itself.
Richard Brudenell advised Matchbox, while Freeth Melhuish acted for Autobar.
