Avant Homes has received planning approval for 167 homes at a new £57m development in Robroyston, Glasgow.
Called Darach Fields, the scheme will comprise a mix of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes on a 17-acre site, which was acquired by Avant in February.
The development is four miles from Glasgow city centre and well connected to major commuter routes.
Initial groundworks have commenced and the first homes will be ready for occupation in spring 2023.
As part of the development, Avant Homes will contribute more than £1.67m to community growth.
