Avant Homes has gained planning permission for 104 homes in Eastwood, Nottinghamshire.
The new neighbourhood, to be known as Lawrence Point, will comprise terraced, semi-detached and detached houses ranging from two to five bedrooms. About 10% of the £29m scheme will be affordable housing.
Work at Lawrence Point is expected to start on site next month, with the first residents anticipated to move into their new homes in August 2025.
Matt Barker, director at Avant, said: “Our initial infrastructure works will include implementing further measures that effectively manage any surface water.
“The development will provide a mix of homes that will appeal to everyone from first-time buyers, to second-steppers, families and downsizers.”
