Avant Homes has acquired a 28-acre site in Holmewood, Derbyshire, to deliver 247 homes with a GDV of £60m.
The Earl’s Park site received planning permission in December 2022, and will comprise a mix of homes showcasing 13 of Avant Homes’ design-led house types. Of the 247 homes, 20% will be affordable.

The first homes on the site are slated to be ready for occupation in September, with a show home expected to open this summer.
