Avant Homes East Midlands has been given planning to deliver Chestnut Acres, a 79-home scheme near Hinckley.
The £20m development will sit off Lychgate Lane in Burbage, Leicestershire, and comprise of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes.
Work is expected to start on site over the winter, with the first residents moving into their homes in Autumn next year.
Ben Felton, managing director at Avant Homes East Midlands, said: “We know there is demand for housing in Burbage from people living locally or looking to move to the area in part because of the easy access to local amenities.”
