Avant Homes has submitted plans for a £92m, 342-home scheme at Blindwells, East Lothian.
The application follows Avant’s agreement to acquire a 20-acre site at Blindwells from Hargreaves Land for an undisclosed sum.
Hargreaves Land secured outline planning consent for 1,600 homes at Blindwells in 2017. The developer’s plan for the site also includes education and healthcare facilities and shops.
