Avison Young has named four new UK principals in its latest global promotions round.

The quartet is among 33 new principals appointed across the agent’s offices globally. The cohort joins more than 700 principals at the firm.

In the UK, Jodie Atkins, Emma Berry, Jill Goodman and Pete Slater have been promoted.

Atkins is based in Birmingham and is a director of telecommunications and technology.

Berry, who is head of operations for real estate, facilities and infrastructure management, is based in Manchester.

Goodman works at the Leeds office and is director of lease advisory and office agency.

Slater is from the London office and is account director of workplace solutions.

Nick Walkley, principal and UK president at Avison Young UK, said: “Principals are the backbone of our business, and welcoming these four dynamic and engaging leaders to this year’s cohort is a fantastic tribute to Avison Young in the UK.

“They all play a central role in providing industry-leading advice to clients, as well as having a fundamental role in evolving our advisory offering and business development.”
