Avison Young has appointed Emma Taylor as regional head of property management for the Midlands and South West.
She joins from Knight Frank, where she spent more than three years as a partner.
Taylor has also held roles as a senior associate at Workman, and an associate director at Cushman & Wakefield.
Based at Brindleyplace, Avison Young’s Birmingham office, Taylor will lead the Paradise and One Centenary Way instructions for Federated Hermes and MEPC, as well as overseeing the property management team across the Midlands and the South West regions.
David Martin, regional managing director for Birmingham at Avison Young UK, said: “Emma brings with her an exceptional knowledge of the Midlands and South West markets, and, as we continue to grow our presence across the regions, she will be a critical member of the team in enabling that growth.
“Our property management teams are working on a number of significant instructions, and with Emma’s support and leadership, I look forward to seeing Avison Young continue to deliver great value to our clients.”
