Avison Young is to relocate its UK headquarters and London office to Lazari Investments’ Met Building in Fitzrovia, W1.
The agent will consolidate its Gresham Street and Regent Street offices into a 37,000 sq ft space on Tottenham Court Road.
Nick Walkley, UK president and principal at Avison Young, said: “As well as allowing us to bring all our London service lines under one roof, which for us is paramount to our ongoing success collaborating on projects for our clients, the building also allows our staff to benefit from London’s culture and leisure scene and exemplary connectivity and transport links. This prime location will give us the cachet to attract new talent to the business.”
The location will give Avison Young’s employees easy access to the Elizabeth Line as well as amenities in the West End. The newly retrofitted space will have a dedicated entrance, terraces and three floors of offices.
Further lease details will be determined once Avison Young has completed its technical due diligence.
Lazari was advised by Edward Charles and Knight Frank.
