Avison Young makes senior hires in key regional markets
Avison Young has made four senior hires in its national offices team in three key markets – Birmingham, Liverpool and Glasgow – as the firm continues to strengthen its provision for clients across the UK.
Mark Robinson has joined as principal and head of the Birmingham offices team, while Charlotte Fullard joins as a director. In Liverpool, Gabriel Davies takes up the role of associate director, and in Glasgow Craig Dodds also joins as an associate director.
Robinson most recently spent six years as a senior director at BNP Paribas Real Estate. Prior to that, he was a director at KWB for seven years, providing strategic guidance to clients ranging from building owners and property developers to corporate occupiers.

Fullard also joins from BNP Paribas, where she served as a senior associate director, following stints at Lambert Smith Hampton and Vail Williams, where she spent more than three years as head of commercial agency.
Davies was an associate at Fisher German (formerly Matthews & Goodman). He is also chair of the RICS Matrics Committee in Liverpool.
Dodds previously spent six years at Workman, becoming a senior associate before taking up the role of asset manager at LCP Properties, where he worked on a varied portfolio with a focus on retail assets.
