Avison Young relocates to Goods Yard, Stoke-on-Trent

Avison Young has signed a lease to become the first tenant at Capital & Centric’s Goods Yard neighbourhood in Stoke-on-Trent. The agency has taken 10,600 sq ft of workspace within the Pavilion building on a 10-year lease and will relocate its Stoke-based staff, moving them the more central location. The development comprises 174 homes and commercial spaces including bars, eateries, coffee shops and stores.  Tom Wilmot, joint managing director at Capital & Centric, said: “It’s a real vote of confidence from Avison Young in not just the Goods Yard neighbourhood but also the city.
