Avison Young has signed a lease to become the first tenant at Capital & Centric’s Goods Yard neighbourhood in Stoke-on-Trent.
The agency has taken 10,600 sq ft of workspace within the Pavilion building on a 10-year lease and will relocate its Stoke-based staff, moving them the more central location.
The development comprises 174 homes and commercial spaces including bars, eateries, coffee shops and stores.
Tom Wilmot, joint managing director at Capital & Centric, said: “It’s a real vote of confidence from Avison Young in not just the Goods Yard neighbourhood but also the city. What better way to support regeneration than putting your money where your mouth is and calling the place home.”
