Avison Young has been reappointed by Manchester City Council to advise on 60,000 sq of commercial space at Manchester’s Royal Mills scheme, in the Northern Quarter.
The agent has advised on the Grade II listed scheme for more than six years and has once more been appointed to deliver property management, facilities management, agency and lease advisory services.
In total, Royal Mills compromises six buildings with 320 residential apartments, 60,000 sq ft of commercial space and 500 sq ft of retail and leisure space.
Chris Cheap, principal and managing director of Avison Young’s Manchester office, said: “We have a long and successful track record of working closely with Manchester City Council and are delighted to continue advising at Royal Mills. This instruction perfectly reflects our long-term, joined-up, advisory approach, which I know resonates with our clients.”
