Aviva Investors’ purchase of the first refurbished part of Television Centre, W12 has been confirmed.
The Aviva Investors Lime Property Fund acquired the leasehold from Stanhope and Mitsui Fudosan for £67m, representing a net initial yield of 3.75%.
BBC Worldwide has agreed a 25-year lease on the property.
JLL and Pinsent Masons acted for Lime and LSH for the BBC DTZ. Macfarlanes acted for Stanhope and Mitsui Fudosan.
