Aviva Investors has appointed Cushman & Wakefield to sell a portfolio of nine South East office blocks for £150m.
The portfolio, totalling 465,000 sq ft, is known as Project Symphony. The assets are located across the South East in areas including Leatherhead, Hemel Hempstead and Guildford.
The sale is part of Aviva’s cluster strategy, as it sells off regional assets as it focuses on city clusters in Thames Valley, London, Cambridge, Birmingham and Greater Manchester.
Aviva Investors declined to comment on the sale.
