Regus’ office at Green Park business campus in Reading has hit the market, with an asking price of £15.3m.
The 54,585 sq ft building, known as Green Park, is owned by Aviva. The investor has appointed JLL to market the asset, with a yield of 9%.
Regus is the sole occupier of the property, with 9.4 years of lease remaining at a rent of £27.71 per sq ft.
