Aviva Investors is reconsidering its £100m-plus sale of The Eversholt in Euston, NW1.
The decision follows a strong first round of bidding for the 110,853 sq ft property, attracting around 10 bidders.
The Eversholt spans three adjoining buildings and is let to 13 tenants, including MaryKay Cosmetics and Casual Dining Group.
It was put on the market with Knight Frank in February.
Aviva Investors declined to comment. Knight Frank has been contacted for comment.
