Gaia Property Investments has bought three sites in Derby, on Albion Street and East Street, from Aviva Investors for £10m – a 10% yield. Aviva has also sold 8284 St Anns Road in Harrow, Middlesex, to Tony Khalastchi’s Flodrive for £4.6m – an 8.4% yield.
