Aviva takes Birmingham office bid to Re-max

 


Aviva Investors is buying Rutland House, a major office block in Birmingham’s central business district.


 


It is to pay Re-max £26m for the 75,000 sq ft building on Edmund Street – a 6.2% yield.


 


Savills advised Aviva; Knight Frank acted for Re-max.
