Aviva plans to open a call centre in Norwich.
The life insurer said none of its UK call centres would close even though it plans to open a new operation in India, although it could axe up to 1,000 jobs .
Aviva has call centres in Perth and Bishopsbriggs in Scotland, and in Norwich and Sheffield.
