Anglian Water subsidiary awg Developments and CMR Estates are splashing out on a 50,850 sq ft (4,723 sq m) speculative office scheme in Bristol.
The joint venture will build the £11m Brook Office Park, a five-building complex, in the Emersons Green area of the city.
Derek Waddell, of CMR Estates, said: “Offices in north Bristol are in very short supply and Brook Office Park fills a gap in the market.”
Josh Roberts, senior development manager at awg Developments, added: “Brook CMR Estates came to us with a great idea and we have been able to help turn their vision into reality.”
Letting agents for the development are King Sturge, Chesterton and Matenam.
CMR Estates is the property company vehicle of the Bristol-based E H Bennett Group, a privately owned group specialising in coal trading on the world markets. It has a mix of commercial, industrial and residential portfolios producing a total net annual rent roll of more than £350,000 pa.
