JLL has been appointed to find Axa 75,000 sq ft of offices in Bristol, one of the largest active requirements in the city.
The insurance company currently occupies 51,000 sq ft at Marlborough House on Marlborough Street at £17.50 per sq ft.
The company was in the market for a similar amount of space two years ago before withdrawing the requirement.
With several new-builds recently delivered or on the way in the city, the company will have plenty of options.
