AXA Real Estate Investment Managers is to begin work this month on its 220,000 sq ft Assembly London project after gaining planning permission.
AXA acquired the former offices of publisher HarperCollins at 77 Fulham Palace Road, W6, in 2014 for around £80m from Nordea Property Investment.
TP Bennett has designed two blocks covering 150,000 sq ft of offices and 20,000 sq ft of shops and restaurants.
