AXA Real Estate Investment Managers has sold a 9,500 sq ft store in Liverpool to Vabeld Real Estate for £7.2m.
AXA was acting on behalf of Friends Life Assurance Society in the sale of 17-19 Church Street, which is let to Vodafone until June 2019.
The sale reflects a yield of 5.75%.
