Ediston Property Investment has signed AXA Insurance to take 33,000 sq ft at St Philips Point, Birmingham, bringing the 100,000 sq ft building to full occupancy.
AXA Insurance has leased the eighth floor at a rent of £129,600 per annum on a lease expiring in 2021.
In June, AXA Insurance restructured its existing leases over the fourth to sixth floors, totalling 22,268 sq ft, and increased its presence in the property by taking a new lease on the previously vacant seventh floor of 5,399 sq ft.
In May, the lower ground floor was let to David’s Bridal, which has opened a flagship store of 15,000 sq ft.
