Pension fund Axa Sunlife Assured has bought a 52,377 sq ft retail warehouse in Perry Barr,
The warehouse, located on a 14-acre mixed-use development site owned by Hinton Properties, is let to DIY operator Wickes.
CB Richard Ellis acted for Axa and has also been appointed monitoring surveyor for the development.
