Axa plans to ask investors whether they want to proceed with the construction of 22 Bishopsgate, a 62-storey skyscraper that would be the City of London’s tallest building.
Investors will be given the choice of work starting on the building as planned this year, or the project being delayed or sold.
A spokesman for Axa Investment Managers-Real Assets said the company remains committed to the site, is continuing to work and is weighing all options.
