AXA Real Estate and BlackRock have leased a further two floors at 6 Bevis Marks, EC3.
I2 Offices has signed for 20,000 sq ft over the first and 12th floors.
It is understood to have agreed a rent in the region of £65 per sq ft for the 12th floor and £52.50 per sq ft on the first.
The latest deal brings lettings at the building to 50,000 sq ft, leaving 110,000 sq ft still vacant.
JLL and Deloitte Real Estate are letting agents on the building.
