Developer AXA Sun Life is set to kickstart development at the 31.2ha (77 acre) Stonebridge Cross in Droitwich, with a site sale of up to 8.09ha (20 acres) to local occupier Wiseman Dairies.
AXA started infrastructure work on the scheme last month and is thought to be achieving well in excess of £555,967 per ha (£225,000 an acre) but Kate Hallam of FPD Savills would not comment on the deal.
The developer assembled the scheme at Stonebridge Cross, which is close to junction 5 of the M42 and close to the existing Hampton Lovett industrial estate on the Kidderminster Road, earlier this year. Around 111,480m2 (1.2m sq ft) of B1, B2 and B8 space is planned over the entire site.
Fuller Peiser is joint agent with FPDSavills on Stonebridge Cross.
