Development Securities and Property Alliance Group have secured approval for a 27-storey residential tower in Manchester.
Manchester city council gave the joint venture the stamp of approval to develop 172 flats in a 153,000 sq ft building called Axis Tower.
It will be adjacent to Deansgate and Manchester Oxford Road stations,
Construction is expected to start in early 2015, with completion scheduled for Q4 2016.
