Do-it-yourself store chain B&Q is to open 20 stores across the UK this year.
The move, which will create 3,500 jobs, will take the number of branches to 337 and increase the workforce to 39,500.
B&Q’s largest store in Britain will open at Trafford Park in Manchester in July.
