The airplane giant is moving to Heathrow’s Terminal 5, which opens in 2008. BA has 12.5 years left on its lease at the 191,330 sq ft building and is seeking tenants to take up the space ahead of a break clause in 2.5 years. Quoting rents at the BAA Lynton-owned building are £29 per sq ft.
