It has taken a 10-year lease at £22.40 per sq ft – including an 18-month rent-free period – at the Compass centre.
British Airways surrendered its 12-year lease at the building – owned by Morley Fund Management and BAA joint venture the Airport Authority Partnership – ahead of its move to T5 next summer.
