Babcock International Group has signed a five-year lease on 10,100 sq ft at Highcross’ 1000 Lakeside office building in Portsmouth.
The engineering firm is occupying the floor at £15 per sq ft, and will locate its education and training staff there.
1,000 Lakeside is adjacent to junction 12 of the M27 at the gateway to Portsmouth.
