Bacon manufacturer Direct Table Foods has bought G Space 60 in Saxham, Suffolk from Gladman Developments for £2.9m.
The firm, part of the Danish TiCan Group, has acquired the freehold of the 58,500 sq ft shed adjacent to its existing 128,000 sq ft unit in Bury St Edmunds.
The latest freehold purchase will see the food manufacturer occupy a total of 186,000 sq ft within the park. The firm first took space there in 2006.
Managing director Tony Stanton said: “Saxham Business Park has proved to be an immensely successful base for our expanding operations and we are extremely pleased that Gladman has been able to facilitate further expansion at the park.”
Strutt & Parker and Barker Storey Matthews acted for Gladman; Direct Table Foods was unrepresented.
