Trinova Real Estate and investment manager Morood Investment have completed the sale of Grange Road Business Park in Christchurch, Dorset to a private client of Jade Merchant Bank for £29.1m.
The 150,000 sq ft business park, which provides a mix of office, research and light industrial space, is leased entirely to BAE Systems until 2031.
Sam Resouly, partner at Trinova Real Estate, said the disposal had realised “a healthy return” to investors.
He added: “The demand for secure long-dated income streams presented an attractive opportunity to achieve an attractive exit, with a view to reinvesting in other exciting opportunities for this mandated separate account.”
