Edinburgh property developer David Murray will have his holding in Rangers diluted to 61%. The news follows Bahamas billionaire Joseph Lewis’ purchase of a 25% stake in the Scottish Premiership football club.
The money raised will build a 150-bedroom hotel and Ibrox stadium with leisure facilities and will also pay off debts.
