London restaurant group Balans Soho Society has agreed letting deals for two new restaurants in the capital later this year.
It has secured a deal with Landsec for a new 4,000 sq ft rooftop restaurant at the Cardinal Place development in 12 Cardinal Walk, SW1.
The restaurant will include indoor and outdoor dining areas and will sit alongside restaurants including Browns Brasserie, Wagamama and Nandos.
The second new restaurant will open at St George’s Dickens Yard development in Ealing, W5. The 3,800 sq ft unit will feature a ground-floor dining area with additional outdoor seating.
Mark Wright, consultant, CDG Leisure, who brokered both deals on behalf of Balans, said: “These two openings from one of Soho’s most beloved eateries show the brand’s journey from strength to strength.
“The roof garden at Cardinal Place is the perfect setting for the restaurant’s next venue. Clients will be able to enjoy multiple seasonal events throughout the year.
“Balans is also the ideal brand to crown the leisure offering at Dickens Yard, a new urban development that will form part of Ealing town centre’s renovation. And with the added benefit of the new Crossrail service next year, many new diners will also be able to enjoy what the scheme has to offer.”
