Ireland’s national independent planning body has approved plans for a 564-home development in Balbriggan, to the north of Dublin.
Malincross and Dean Swift Property Holdings have received planning permission from An Bord Pleanála for the scheme, located south of Flemington Lane.
It includes 378 houses, 84 duplex homes and 102 flats across 10 blocks ranging from three to five storeys.
The joint venture’s plans also include two childcare facilities and nine commercial units on the ground floors of the apartment blocks.
