Irish developer Ballymore has got the green light for a £500m mixed-use waterfront scheme in Brentford, west London.
Hounslow council has given consent for 876 homes, of which 80 would be affordable. Plans also include 150,694 sq ft of shops and 43,000 sq ft of commercial space, 20% of which will be allocated to local businesses with 20% below-market rate incentives for five years.
The 1m sq ft project has been designed by AHMM, Glenn Howells Architects and Maccreanor Lavington.
