Ballymore has lodged plans for a 16-block residential scheme in Docklands, E14.
Its subsidiary Clearstorm proposes 834 homes in blocks of three to 30 storeys. The project is part of Ballymore’s new £2.2bn joint venture with Malaysian firm ECO World Investment.
The Allies & Morrison-designed Leamouth South will replace existing buildings at Hercules Wharf, Union Wharf and Castle Wharf. Plans also include 17,115 sq ft of offices and shops.
