Ballymore has submitted plans for the first commercial property on its Vauxhall Embassy Gardens scheme.
The 215,000 sq ft office building, One Embassy Gardens, SW8, has been designed by Lee Polisano of PLP Architects who also designed the Heron Tower.
The building overlooks the sites of the US and Dutch Embassies and provides 10 floors of office space, a roof terrace and winter gardens.
