The Bank of Scotland has provided funding of £10m for the expansion of Longford Business Centres across the South East over the next 12 months. The bank has also acquired a 15% stake in the business.
The serviced offices provider plans to open a further 10 centres in the region and is looking for more freehold and leasehold buildings, of between 1,394 sq m and 3,252 sq m (15,000 sq ft and 35,000 sq ft), in London and the M25 towns.
The Longford Group has been established for 30 years and Longford Business Centres was set up in 1998. The company has set up three new business centres in central and west London in the last 18 months. It also has operations in Cardiff and Swansea.
