Bar-chain, Elbow Room, is set to add seven bars to its three existing operations by 2005.
The company runs bars in London, at Westbourne Grove and Chapel Market in Islington, and in Leeds. Proposed locations for its next bars will expand UK-wide to include Oxford, Cambridge, Nottingham and Newcastle, as well as London.
In its most recent deal, Elbow Room took a 20-year lease at Chapel Market at a rent of £125,000 pa on 929 sq m (10,000 sq ft).
