The global packaging company has agreed a 15-year lease on the 112,900 sq ft warehouse at a rent of £4.25 per sq ft.
Barberry Development’s Henry Bellfield said: “This is a substantial agreement in today’s market and shows there are tenants out there for developers to talk to.”
